INGREDIENTS: (per wrap)
- Ham slices
- Thin slices of yellow cheese
- 3-4 asparagus spears

DIRECTIONS:
I used Black Forest thin sandwich slices, and arranged three to fan out to for one portion. Next I added a thin slice of yellow cheese(any kind will work) down the center of the ham. Next I placed 3 to 4 asparagus spears, which I had pressure cooked for 1 min, on top of the cheese. Then I roll each ham portion up, place all of them on a microwave plate and cover and heat for 1 min. or until cheese melts.
